Log in to your Ulanka customer account or access the guest return portal to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred refund method.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original branded packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Label and Drop Off
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
